If You Build It, They Will Come | Nightclub & Bar
Drastic is the only term to describe the change at 381 Main Bar and Grill in
Little Falls, N.J., but the shift was one Owner Steve Baskinger knew he
needed to make. “We used to be a Martini bar. We were a totally white
lounge; white walls, white leather couches, white everything,” he chuckles.
Business as such wasn’t abysmal, but it wasn’t thriving, either. After
recognizing the need for an overhaul, and undertaking a gut renovation and
a transformation into a sports and rock music-themed bar and grill,
Baskinger’s business is now enjoying a welcome resurgence.

LITTLE FALLS — It took five months and three days to get the job done, but
wait until you step inside the new 381 Main Bar and Grill. Owner Steve
Baskinger had the once existing martini bar renovated and rebuilt to
resemble a little bit of Hard Rock Café right in his hometown of Little Falls.
Along with his wife and co-owner Sandi, the Baskingers first step to
transforming the restaurant in to a family friendly eatery while contributing
something positive to Little Falls was putting local building, plumbing and
electrical contractors to work, they hired Little Falls based companies to
complete the renovations.
